• Cause:
The side sprayer is not able to shut off completely.
• Solution:
The side sprayer would need to be replaced. It is essential to identify your model number of your faucet to figure out the proper side sprays that suited your faucet. It is recommended to look underneath the sink to check the connection of the side spray hose to the discharge tube of the faucet. Q3: Kitchen faucet leaks from the center spout or the handle control valve.
• Cause:
The leak is caused by a broken cartridge inside of the handle control valve.
• Solution:
The cartridge needs to be replaced. It is essential to identify the model number of your faucet and also the leaking handle control valve, either the hot water control valve or the cold water control valve. Q4: Pull-down sprayer “falls” out of the center spout.
• Cause:
The hose weight is out of position, the docking collar is broken or the hose needs to be adjusted.
• Solution:
- If the hose weight is out of its position, then install the weight anywhere between 4” to 8” up from the start of the loop curve. For Optimal Performance, maintain an 8”x8” clear area for the hose and weight to travel. Please make sure the weight needs to be repositioned higher on the hose if nonremovable pipes are interfering with the hose or weight.
- If the docking collar is broken, it will need to be replaced. Check your installation book to determine your model of your faucet and its required docking collar.

Q5: Low water flow from the center spout.
• Cause:
This is caused by a lack of pressure through one of the shut off valves, debris in the aerator or a broken cartridge.
• Solution:
- If it is caused by a lack of pressure. Please make sure that both shut-off valves are fully turned on and also check both the supply lines from the shut-off valves to the faucet. If the supply lines do not deliver full pressure, then the faucet will not produce full pressure.
- If the issue is caused by debris in the aerator, please remove the aerator and rinse off any debris.

Q6: Handle is difficult to operate.
• Cause:
This is usually caused by mineral buildup debris within the cartridge or the handle may not be installed properly.
• Solution:
First, please check if the handle has been correctly installed. If not, re-installation the handle with our installation book. Q7: Low flow from side spray/water still comes out from spout with side spray activated.
• Cause:
This is caused by a malfunctioning diverter or debris within the valve.
• Solution:

Q8: Water Leaking from the connection of the hand held sprayer and the hose.
• Cause:
This is caused by a cracked hand held sprayer or a broken hose.
• Solution:
If the water leak from the connection of the hand held sprayer and the hose, 90% of chance, it is because of the hand held sprayer. However, if you can visibly see the water coming out from the hose, then you need to replace the hose. • Cause:
This is caused by a broken ceramic cartridge and pressure balance control cartridge.
• Solution:
If the water dripping out from the shower set faucet, a set of the cartridges which include ceramic cartridge and pressure balance control cartridge need to be replaced.
